Physically the Camcorder is in good shape with some normal wear and tear from prior use. This item does not include a charger, but does have a battery. The only reason this item is untested is that I have no way of charging the battery to test it. It may work perfectly well, but it may not function at all. There is also a chance that there is media inside the camcorder, but it can't be opened without the power on to find out.
